Welcome to STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, websites, and platforms, including but not limited to stemaze.com, pinqin.io, and liveinheidelberg.de. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a registered limited liability company in Germany (UG - Unternehmergesellschaft). Our primary services include event management, IT products and services, branding and marketing, research solutions, career consultancy, and startup consultancy.

2. Services Offered


2.1 Event Management (Live in Heidelberg)
Events are organized under the Live in Heidelberg brand and may take place in Heidelberg and other locations.
Events may be free or paid, with payments processed via Wix and Stripe unless otherwise specified.
All events are hosted in third-party venues, for which Stemaze UG takes responsibility unless co-organized with partners.
If food is provided, it is always supplied by a recognized third-party restaurant.
We collect participant data only with consent, and users can opt out at any time by contacting events@liveinheidelberg.de.
Photos and videos may be taken at events, with prior consent. In case of concerns, email events@liveinheidelberg.de with a screenshot of the image/video, and we will take appropriate action.

2.2 IT Products and Services
Services are client-specific, and agreements are documented before starting and after delivery.
No client data is shared with third parties, ensuring confidentiality and security.

2.3 Branding and Marketing
All branding and marketing services are customized for each client, and a formal contract is signed before any work begins.
Client data is never shared with third-party organizations unless explicit prior permission is obtained.

2.4 Research and Innovation Services (Part of pinQin)
Our research services include data analysis, grant writing, scientific article support, and research-based startup consultancy.
These services are part of the pinQin project, combining IT solutions with research-based services.
Clients must agree to project terms before engagement.

2.5 Career Consultancy (Part of pinQin)
We provide guidance to help individuals make informed career decisions.
Our services are purely advisory, and we do not influence or obligate clients to take specific actions.
We do not endorse or promote specific third-party products or services unless explicitly mentioned.
Users are responsible for their final career decisions.

2.6 Startup Consultancy
We offer strategic guidance to individuals and businesses exploring startup opportunities.
Our consultancy is non-binding, and clients make decisions at their own discretion.
We do not provide financial or legal guarantees for any startup venture.
Clients seeking additional support may be introduced to partners, accelerators, or funding bodies, but decisions remain solely theirs.

3. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt)does not share user data with any third-party organizations.
Any information collected during events, sign-ups, or service interactions is used only within our community and handled as per GDPR regulations.

4. Payments & Refunds
All payments for events and services are processed via Wix and Stripe, unless otherwise stated.
Refund policies vary by event and service type and will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days, if applicable.


5. Intellectual Property
All content on stemaze.com, pinqin.io, and liveinheidelberg.de is the property of STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior consent.
Any misuse of company branding, content, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.


6. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes related to services, users should first contact us at info@stemaze.com for resolution.
If issues remain unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with German business laws.


7. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these terms as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notices.
Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
